After a year and a half break from the previous series "On My Way to Make Zine", the next destination is Hong Kong — her hometown. During the pandemic, Che-ting revisited memories of traveling around the city with her foreign friends. Seeing Hong Kong through their eyes brought unexpected discoveries and new ways of looking at familiar places. Inspired by those moments, she created the zine "Welcome to Hong Kong, My Friends" to share these stories with readers.
獲疫情期間留港的日子啟發，車婷不時憶起過往與外國朋友遊走香港的趣事。從他們的視角凝視自己的城市，總能發現出人意料的新鮮角度。這些回憶啟發她延續《在地創作Zine》系列，創作出《香港香港》，以插畫和文字與讀者分享這些旅途片段。
About Che-ting
Che-ting enjoys transforming the overlooked little things into the nourishment for her illustrated creations. She embarked on several art journeys around the world for her self-initiated project "On My Way to Make Zine”. She published "Baba's Album”, "Travel Trilogy”, self-published “Welcome to Hong Kong, my friends” and “Our Hong Kong Stories”.
車婷喜歡把路上觀察到的微小事物轉化為圖文創作。曾在世界展開「 在地創作Zine 」藝遊之旅，在當地印製旅途小誌。著有繪本《爸爸相簿》、圖文書《旅繪三國誌》、獨立出版《香港香港》和《我們香港故事》等。
